Who we are. This website is operated by Simon Peter, trading as Uganda Gold Report (postal address: P.O. Box 8353, Mukalazi Zone, Kampala, Uganda), from Uganda. Contact: info@ugandagoldreport.com.
What this website is. It explains gold from Uganda, the rules and documents that apply to it, and how a lawful purchase would work. It lets buyers send enquiries. Uganda Gold Report is at the establishment stage. It does not currently hold stock or a licence in Uganda or elsewhere, and it has not arranged any transaction. No offer and no contract.
- Nothing on this website, and nothing in a reply to an enquiry, is an offer capable of acceptance.
- Any purchase would be made only under a separate written contract, signed by the parties named in it.
- An indicative price basis is for information on the day it is given. It is not a firm price.
No advice. Our pages are not legal, financial, investment or tax advice, and they are not an assay certificate, an origin certificate or an official certification of any kind. Take your own professional advice before acting.
Accuracy. We source and date the facts we publish and label them by the strength of their evidence. Rules and figures change, and pages may not reflect changes made after the date shown. See how we label evidence and corrections.
Your enquiries.
- Your information. By sending an enquiry you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are enquiring for a lawful purpose.
- Our right to decline. We may decline any enquiry without giving reasons, including after identity or sanctions screening.
- Payment. We never ask for payment before a signed contract. Any payment is made only to the contracting party, never to an agent.
- Correspondence. We only correspond from @ugandagoldreport.com addresses. If someone claims to act for us from another address, treat it as a warning sign.
Using our content. The text and data on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Please do not copy pages or data sets wholesale.
Other websites. Links to official and third-party sources are for your reference. We are not responsible for their content.
Liability. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Otherwise, the site is provided for information, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it.
